Place one puff pastry sheet on the tray and spread filling evenly, leaving a border.
Top with second sheet, seal edges, and cut into a tree shape.
Twist branches gently to expose filling.
Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake 22–28 minutes until golden and crisp. Cool slightly before serving.
