Ingredients:
Preheat the air fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 330-350°F (160-180°C).
Prepare the foil cups: Shape pieces of aluminum foil (approximately 4x5 inches) into small bowl or cup shapes, making sure the bottoms are flat and the edges are curled inwards.
Grease the foil cups: Lightly grease the inside of each foil cup with butter or cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Add any optional fillings: If using, add cheese, pre-cooked bacon, or chopped spring onion/herbs to the bottom of the foil cups.
Crack the eggs: Carefully crack one or two eggs into each prepared foil cup.
Add cream (optional): If desired, swirl a small amount of cream into the egg whites.
Season the eggs: Season the eggs with salt and pepper to taste.
Air fry: Carefully place the filled foil cups in the air fryer basket.
