Thai Chicken Balls Recipe
  1. Preheat oven to 200C. Grease two 12-hole, non-stick mini muffin pans.

  2. Combine mince, oyster sauce, garlic, flour, fish sauce, coriander and coconut milk in a large bowl.

  3. Place rounded tablespoons of mixture into prepared pans.

  4. Bake for about 15 minutes or until cooked.

  5. Turn balls out and serve hot with recommended sauces above.
