Candy Walnuts
Mix sugar and water in a saucepan, bring to a simmer.
Add walnuts, cook 2 minutes.
Spread on a baking sheet to cool.
Fry Shrimp
Whisk egg whites until frothy.
Dip shrimp in egg whites, season with salt, coat in cornstarch.
Heat 2 inches of vegetable oil.
Fry shrimp until golden and crispy.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
Make Sauce
Combine mayonnaise, honey, condensed milk, and lemon juice.
Assemble
Toss fried shrimp in sauce.
Top with candied walnuts.
