Place the cream cheese in the center of a baking dish.
Cut the asparagus into pieces, halve the tomatoes, and finely chop the onion.
Arrange the vegetables around the cream cheese, press the garlic clove into it, sprinkle the pine nuts on top, drizzle with olive oil, and season with chili flakes, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (fan) for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta.
Remove the baking dish from the oven, add a ladle of pasta water, and mix everything well.
Now add the pasta and stir it into the sauce.
