Chop the red onion
Shred the rotisserie chicken finely
Heat a pan on high heat
Add the chopped chicken to the hot pan and cook until crispy
Add ¼ cup of soy sauce to the pan
Add ¼ cup of calamansi juice (or lemon/lime juice) and Thai chilies
Add the red onions to the pan
Season with salt and pepper if needed
Serve hot
