15 Minute Chicken Sisig
  1. Chop the red onion

  2. Shred the rotisserie chicken finely

  3. Heat a pan on high heat

  4. Add the chopped chicken to the hot pan and cook until crispy

  5. Add ¼ cup of soy sauce to the pan

  6. Add ¼ cup of calamansi juice (or lemon/lime juice) and Thai chilies

  7. Add the red onions to the pan

  8. Season with salt and pepper if needed

  9. Serve hot
