Peel and wash the potatoes, removing any brown spots.
Boil the potatoes until soft.
Add the garlic and spinach to the potatoes, cooking for a few minutes.
Season with salt, black pepper, and vegetable seasoning.
Rinse the Romano beans and add them to the pot.
Cook for about 10 more minutes.
Finely chop the onion and add it to the pot.
Add a little more garlic.
Add a small amount of hot pepper and more black pepper.
Add the remaining spinach and mix everything together.
Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
