Preheat the oven to 375F.
To make the dough, combine the mozzarella and cream cheese in a bowl, and microwave it for one minute. Stir, then cook for another 30 seconds.
Add in the almond flour, beaten egg, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.
Let the dough cool enough so that you can handle it, then knead until smooth. Add extra almond flour if it is too sticky to work with.
Form a ball for the head, and place it on a small baking pan lined with a silicone mat. Flatten it down slightly. Form the rest of the dough into small balls, and form the rest of the body shape. Use any scraps leftover to form feet and the ear.
Use three black peppercorns for the eyes and nose, and use a knife to mark in the cheeky smile! Finally, brush a little melted butter over the dough, then sprinkle some sesame seeds over the body of the lamb.
Bake in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown on top. Serve warm.
