    Instructions

  1. Sauté seafood: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook shallot and garlic for 1–2 minutes.

  2. Add shrimp, scallops, and crab. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2–3 minutes, then set aside.

  3. Make sauce: In the same skillet, heat olive oil and stir in flour. Cook for 1 minute.

  4. Add seafood stock and cream.

  5. Stir in mustard, lemon juice, and cheese. Simmer until thick.

  6. Return seafood to the sauce and mix gently.

  7. Assemble & bake: Preheat oven to 375°F. Divide mixture into ramekins or a small baking dish.

  8. Mix panko and cheese, then sprinkle on top.

  9. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbling.

  10. Serve: Garnish with parsley. Serve hot with crusty bread, salad, or rice.
