Haggis Smashburger
  1. Toast your bun

  2. Mix together your mince and Macsween Haggis

  3. Form into 3 equal balls, smash in a hot pan and cook for 2 mins

  4. Flip the patties, add the cheese and cover with lid

  5. Once cheese is melted, assemble your bun topping with gherkins and Macsween Whisky Cream Sauce

  6. Enjoy
