  1. Preheat 375°F. Line 2 loaf pans.

  2. Whisk dry.

  3. Whisk wet.

  4. Combine until smooth.

  5. Rest 10 min.

  6. Divide between pans, smooth tops.

  7. Rest 5 min.

  8. Bake 12 min, reduce to 325°F, bake 40–55 min.

  9. Bake until moist crumbs / 200–203°F internal temp.

  10. Cool completely.

  11. Whisk until smooth.

  12. Add milk as needed until ribboning.

  13. Cool loaves completely.

  14. Dip or spoon glaze over tops.

  15. Let excess drip off.

  16. Set until glaze firms.
