Add a bit of oil to a baking tray.
Add your chicken along with your chopped carrots & potatoes.
Add in all your seasonings listed above. Combine well make sure to get it under the skin.
Spread it out evenly & make sure the chicken is skin side up. Let it sit for 10-15 mins while your oven preheats.
Bake at 400F for 50-60 mins. Until the skin on chicken is nice & crispy, and your veggies are soft.
While it bakes blend together all the ingredients for the yogurt sauce in food processor until & smooth sauce. Adjust any seasonings to your liking.
Once your chicken & veggies are ready serve it with the yogurt sauce on the side & enjoy babe!
