Whisk Curd, sugar, vanilla and oil together. Whisk till the mixture is light and creamy.
Add Maida, baking powder and baking soda in the same bowl. Add milk and fold the batter.
Bake in a 7'inch square tin lined with parchment paper at 170 degrees for 25-30 mins or until a skewer inserted in comes out clean.
For the honey syrup, heat sugar and water in a pan until sugar dissolves. Let the mixture cool down and add honey. Mix well.
Pour this mixture over the baked cake as shown in the video.
Heat jam in a pan until melted and spread it over the cake. Sprinkle some desiccated coconut, slice & enjoy!
