Preheat broiler. Combine honey, hot sauce, and crushed red pepper in a small saucepan over medium heat 5 minutes or until warm. Remove from heat, and let cool.
Pound chicken to an even thickness between plastic wrap using a meat mallet. Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; cook chicken in hot oil in a cast-iron or ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.
Top chicken with cheese; transfer skillet to oven. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned. Drizzle with hot honey mixture.
