  1. beat yolks with sugar, and afterwards add SIEVED flour. keep stirring.

  2. add slowly the cold milk while mixing

  3. Add lemon skin and aroma, transfer to pan and bring to boil on low heat while stirring

  4. Decrease heat and keep boiling for about 2-5 minutes until thickened.
