Sauté onion and crushed garlic cloves
Add dash white wine to the pan
Stir in cream cheese
Add parmesan and bread crumbs
Mix in spinach and dill to taste (keep mixture thick)
Place salmon in a sheet of puff pastry, cut to size to wrap salmon.
Coat salmon with the mixture, and using egg wash, wrap the salmon.
Lattice the top of the parcel gently, and brush with more egg wash
Bake at 180⁰ for 25 minutes.
