  1. Roast the chiles in a dry skillet or comal.

  2. Soak the chiles in beer and orange juice.

  3. Blend the chiles, garlic, beer, and orange juice.

  4. Fry the salsa in the oil until browned (blackish).

  5. Season with salt to taste.

*Ideal with barbacoa. This is a morning salsa.
