To pan add a drizzle olive oil, chicken & onion.
Cook off for a few mins on a medium heat then add the garlic, pepper & rosemary.
Cook off for another 5 mins then add in the gravy granules & water.
Bring to a simmer & allow to thicken.
Prep the stuffing as per the packet instructions without cooking.
Add the stuffing in to the chicken & gravy then mix well.
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Add the chicken & gravy to an ovenproof dish, top with the pastry & brush over the egg.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 15-20 mins until golden.
