Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and smoked sausage over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through, 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Add the diced bell peppers and onion to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the baked beans, jerk seasoning paste, ketchup, brown sugar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and apple cider vinegar. Stir to combine.
Transfer the bean mixture to a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle the ground cinnamon over the top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
