Chickpea “Chicken” Salad
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add chickpeas and mash with a fork until most chickpeas are smashed.

  2. Add mayo, dijon, dill, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper and stir until combined.

  3. Add celery, onion, and grapes, and stir.

  4. Add more seasoning to taste.

  5. Serve with optional veggies or crackers and enjoy!
