Make mashed potatoes with 2 potatoes
Add potato starch and roll it into a long roll
Cut it into 4 even pieces and form them into squares
Fry them in a pan using vegetable oil until golden brown
On medium heat, create mitarashi sauce using sugar, mirin, soy sauce, water, and potato starch
Lightly brush the mitarashi sauce onto the squares
Cut 4 squares of nori and place on top
Skewer your mochi squares and plate!
