Pickled Onions
  1. Combine: In a pan, heat water, both vinegars (or just white), maple syrup, and salt until dissolved.

  2. Mix: Place sliced onions in a jar and pour the hot liquid over them.

  3. Cool: Let sit at room temperature for 20 minutes. Place in the fridge afterwards and enjoy it cold with sandwiches, bowls etc!
