Heat a pan on low and add 2-3 tbsp of butter.
Place the bread in the pan and let it soak up the melted butter.
Shred the sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Load the toasted bread with as much cheese as it will hold.
Layer thin cut honey crisp apple slices on top of the cheese.
Top with a little fresh arugula.
In a separate pan, heat ⅓ cup of honey on low and add 1-2 tbsp of cayenne pepper.
Let the hot honey simmer on low.
Drizzle the hot honey over the sandwich and let it all melt together.
