Chicken Cobbler
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Melt the butter directly in a 9x13-inch baking dish.

  2. Add shredded chicken over the melted butter in an even layer. Top with frozen vegetables.

  3. Stir biscuit mix, seasoning packet, and milk in a bowl. Pour over chicken and vegetables evenly. Do not stir.

  4. Whisk cream of chicken soup with chicken stock. Pour over biscuit mix. Do not stir.

  5. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until golden and slightly jiggly.

  6. Let rest 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
