Rinse the oats and masoor dal thoroughly.
Blend the rinsed oats and masoor dal with beetroot, ginger, green chillies, and either salt or jeera to create a smooth batter.
Allow the batter to rest for 10 minutes while you heat a pan.
Once the pan is hot, pour the batter onto it and spread it out like a dosa.
Cook the dosa on both sides until it is fully cooked.
