  1. Drain and rinse the black beans and white kidney beans.

  2. Drain the can of corn.

  3. Dice the red bell pepper and red onion.

  4. Chop the green onions and cilantro.

  5. Seed and finely dice the jalapeño.

  6. Mince the garlic.

  7. Juice the lime.

  8. Use 1-2 chipotle peppers from the can, depending on your spice preference.

  9. Add the honey (or maple syrup for vegan).

  10. Use ½ block of silken tofu for creaminess.
