  1. Add ½ cup oats to a jar

  2. Add 1 tablespoon chia seeds to the jar

  3. Add 1 scoop vanilla protein powder to the jar

  4. Add 1 tablespoon chocolate chips to the jar

  5. Add a pinch of sea salt to the jar

  6. Add a dash of cinnamon to the jar

  7. Add ½ tablespoon peanut butter to the jar

  8. Add 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt to the jar

  9. Add ½ cup almond milk to the jar

  10. Add 1 teaspoon maple syrup to the jar

  11. Add a splash of vanilla extract to the jar

  12. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly

  13. Cover and refrigerate overnight

  14. Enjoy in the morning
