Fitz - Crack Smash Burger
  1. Cut bacon into small pieces or break into crumbles. Set aside.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, add ground beef, sour cream, ranch dressing, and bacon bits. Mix altogether.

  3. Divide the beef mixture into equal pieces and form them into balls. Place the patties on a prepared baking tray and let them chill in the fridge until firm.

  4. On a preheated and greased griddle, set the burger balls on the flat plate and smash them down using a spatula or burger press. Cook patties for five minutes on one side. Flip and cook for four minutes. Add cheese slices, cover, and cook for one more minute or until cheese is melted on top. Remove.

  5. Place on a bun and serve with your favorite toppings.
