Creme Puffs
  1. In a pot, melt butter on medium low heat completely before adding water, salt, and sugar

  2. Once it's mixed, turn the stove off and add flour

  3. Mix well and add the four eggs

  4. When it's completely mixed, add parchment paper to your pan and begin piping

  5. Gently tap on the peaks with a wet finger before putting them into your oven

  6. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes until they puff up and are starting to toast

  7. Take them out and let them cool before cutting them in half

  8. Whip together cold heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla

  9. Add whipped cream in the center of each puff
