Thyme Garlic Mushrooms
  1. Clean mushrooms by wiping them gently with a damp paper towel or cloth, then slice to a uniform size.

  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add and melt butter.

  3. Add mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes, until the mushrooms just start to get a nice sear. They will start to turn golden brown and become fragrant.

  4. Reduce to medium heat. Add butter, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Allow to simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring gently, until the mushrooms turn a rich golden brown.

  5. Remove the mushrooms from heat, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and toss to combine.

  6. Garnish with fresh thyme and parsley.

  7. Serve warm over the top of steak, pork chops, pork tenderloin or chicken, or as the perfect side dish for any of these proteins.
