Preheat the oven to 150C / 300F (electric).
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and leave to rest for 20 minutes so the mixture can thicken.
Place parchment paper into a baking tray and flatten the mixture with a spatula. This will give you neat edges.
Carefully pre-cut into squares using a pizza cutter or a knife. Don't miss this step or the crackers will break if you try and cut them later.
Bake for 45 - 50 minutes or until all water has evaporated and the crackers are lightly browned and crisp.
Let the crackers cool completely before separating and storing (or eating) them.
