  1. Finely chop the green onions and place them in a mixing bowl.

  4. Add the softened cream cheese to the bowl.

  5. Stir in the sugar, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.

  6. Put on a glove and thoroughly mix all the ingredients together.

  7. Beat the egg to create an egg wash.

  8. Dip the corners of the wonton wrappers in the egg wash, place some filling in the center, and pinch the sides to form a square.

  9. Alternatively, you can dip just two corners of the wonton wrapper in the egg wash, add filling, and fold it into a triangle, ensuring it is sealed tightly to eliminate air bubbles.

  10. Fry the wontons in a deep fryer at 350°F until they turn golden brown.
