Candied Cranberries
  1. Wash and pat dry cranberries (pick out any bad/mushy ones)

  2. In a medium-large bowl pour half sprite half orange juice

  3. Refridgerate for 12/24 hours

  4. Strain and place in new bowl

  5. Pour a heaping amount of powdered sugar - then shake - make sure to coat every piece in powdered sugar- if it's sticky, add more powdered sugar.

  6. Preheat oven to 200 degrees

  7. Bake for 5 minutes (this dries out the powdered sugar)

  8. Leave on the counter to dry out for a few hours

  9. Place in a container and refridgerate for 12 hours (They are best servered this way)
