Slow Cooker Beef Brisket With Bbq Sauce
  1. Season brisket generously with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear brisket on all sides until browned

  3. Place sliced onions and garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker

  4. Add brisket on top, then pour BBQ sauce and beef broth over it

  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 8–9 hours until fork-tender

  6. Rest brisket for 10 minutes, slice, spoon sauce over, garnish, and serve
