No Bake Lemon Curd Pie
  1. Fill your graham cracker crust with an even layer of lemon curd. Put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

  2. Using a whisk attachment, whisk together the whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla with a hand or stand mixer.

  3. Spread the whipping topping onto the top of the pie. Yum!

  4. For a frozen treat, pop the pie into the freezer overnight. This is so good out of the freezer!
