Mix all the ingredients together and store in an airtight container in a dark cool location (pantry).
In a medium sauce pan, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add in 3-4 tbsp of the gravy mix and whisk together for roughly 1 minute. Slowly add in 1 ½ cup of milk and continue whisking until the gravy has thickened.
Remove from heat and let sit for a few minutes, it will continue to thicken.
