Homemade Ice Cream Without Machine
  1. Place a metal loaf pan in the freezer.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.

  3. Using a stand mixer, hand mixer or whisk, whip the heavy cream until peaks form, about 2 to 3 minutes. Be careful not to over whip the cream.

  4. Add the sweetened condensed milk mixture to the whipped cream and fold until fully combined.

  5. Stir in the chocolate sandwich cookie pieces.

  6. Spread the mixture in the chilled loaf pan and cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for about 6 hours.

  7. When frozen, transfer to an airtight container.
