Prepare the bow tie noodles following the directions on the packaging. Once done, drain and set aside.
Prepare the sauce by mixing together the yogurt, sour cream, juice from 1 lime, 1.5 tsp chili powder and ½ tsp paprika. Add in sriracha, salt and pepper to taste.
Heat a medium sized pan over medium heat and lightly drizzle with olive oil. Add in the corn and season with ½ tsp paprika and ¼ tsp salt. Fry the corn until it's charred.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the noodles, chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, corn and dressing. Mix everything together.
