Roast Potatoes
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Toss potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, 0.5 tsp salt, and 0.25 tsp black pepper.
Roast 15 minutes.
Roast Salmon and Vegetables
Add zucchini and bell pepper to the pan. Toss with 2 tbsp olive oil.
Place salmon fillets on the pan. Drizzle with remaining olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, remaining salt, and remaining black pepper.
Bake 12-15 minutes, until salmon flakes and vegetables are tender.
Sprinkle with feta and dill before serving.
