Cheesy Carrot Smiles
  1. Steam the carrots and potatoes for about 15 minutes until really soft

  2. Mash well and leave to cool slightly

  3. Mix in the cornflour and parmesan until you have a soft dough

  4. Roll out on a floured surface to a 3cm thickness

  5. Stamp out 8-10 rounds using a round cutter

  6. Place the rounds onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper

  7. Make holes for the eyes using a straw and a mouth using a tablespoon

  8. Brush with oil and bake at 180°C fan for 18–20 minutes until lightly golden and firm
