Steam the carrots and potatoes for about 15 minutes until really soft
Mash well and leave to cool slightly
Mix in the cornflour and parmesan until you have a soft dough
Roll out on a floured surface to a 3cm thickness
Stamp out 8-10 rounds using a round cutter
Place the rounds onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper
Make holes for the eyes using a straw and a mouth using a tablespoon
Brush with oil and bake at 180°C fan for 18–20 minutes until lightly golden and firm
