Prepare the Ingredients – Peel the ginger and remove the skin from the lemon. Rinse the mint leaves.
Blend Everything – Add the lemon, ginger, mint, honey (if using), salt and water into a blender. Blend until smooth.
Strain (Optional) – If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve.
Store & Serve – Pour the mixture into a jar and refrigerate. When ready to serve, add a dash of the concentrate to sparkling or regular water, stir, and enjoy.
