Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add cream cheese and stir until fully melted and smooth.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and mix until the sauce is creamy.
Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until well coated.
Sprinkle mozzarella over the top, cover, and cook 2 to 3 minutes until melted.
Let rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Garnish if desired.
