Chicken Parmesan Pasta Skillet
  1. Cook the pasta to just al dente, according to the package directions. Drain the pasta, reserving ½ cup of pasta water.

  2. While the pasta cooks, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

  3. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes or until browned and cooked through.

  4. Add the Mariana, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, cooked pasta, and reserved pasta water to the pan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 4-5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  5. Remove the skillet from the heat, sprinkle the mozzarella over the top, cover, and set aside for 5 minutes to allow the cheese to melt.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy.
