Curried Chicken Salad Recipe {whole Foods Copycat}
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Place chicken thighs on a baking sheet, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle both sides of the meat with salt and pepper.

  3. Roast for 20 minutes or until juices run clear in thighs.

  4. Allow to cool.

  5. Slice chicken thighs into small chunks and place in a medium bowl.

  6. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

  7. Garnish with almonds and green onions.

  8. Say Grace and enjoy!
