Spiked Pineapple Cucumber Mint Agua Frescas
  1. Peel & rough chop 2 of your cucumbers & your pineapple. Add to your blender along with sugar, 4 c water, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.

  2. Right before it’s done add in mint and continue blending. (Do this in two batches if it doesn’t fit in your blender.)

  3. Strain into your pitcher.

  4. Add 2-3 c of water, lime juice, and ice. Give it a good stir.

  5. Rim your glasses with spicy salt & garnish with cucumber slices & a pineapple leaf.

  6. Before serving fill your garnished glasses with ice, and add 1 shot of Espolón Tequila Reposado. Then top off with your agua fresca & enjoy babe!
