Big Mac Smashed Burger Taco
  1. Prepare the Big Mac sauce by mixing the Mayo, yellow mustard, dill relish, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, & paprika. Set aside.

  2. Season ground beef with salt & pepper and whatever else you love

  3. Heat a large frying pan to medium high

  4. Spread raw beef mixture in a very thin layer over one side of the street taco tortilla

  5. Pop the tortilla, meat side down, into the hot frying pan

  6. Cook until the beef has a nice crust (it will only take a few minutes-keep an eye on it)

  7. Flip the tortilla so it’s meat side up. Add a slice of American cheese.

  8. Put a lid over the pan so the cheese melts

  9. Remove the tortilla from the pan.

  10. Add 2 sliced dill pickles, some chopped white onion, cold chopped iceberg lettuce to the top of the smash burger. Top it all with some Big Mac sauce.

  11. Fold the tortilla and enjoy!
