Using a bowl include all ingredients except the broccoli and shrimp.
Place shrimp in a bowl or big zip bag. Pour in ½ of the honey soy sauce, reserve the other ½ for serving. Marinate shrimp for 20 minutes.
After preheat the oven to 425F.
Place shrimp onto a baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes (time depends on the size of the shrimp) or until shrimp is baked thru.
Steam broccol.
Serve with cooked rice and ½ of the reserved soy sauce mixture. Enjoy!
