Wash and dry the potatoes, then cut into evenly sized fries.
Add the fries to the air fryer and cook at 400°F for 18-20 minutes.
While the fries cook, form the cold ground beef into 4 even patties. Add to a pan over medium-high heat, then season with sea salt, garlic powder, and a little yellow mustard.
Cook until browned up the sides, then flip. Add a splash of chicken broth, cover for 1-2 minutes, then top with American cheese and remove from the pan.
Once the fries are done, spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray, season with sea salt and garlic powder, and toss.
Build your burgers, serve with fries, and enjoy!
