Biscoff Fudge
  1. Break the chocolate up into chunks and place it in a microwave proof bowl.

  2. Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes, pausing every 30 seconds to stir.

  3. Place the biscoff in a microwave proof bowl and microwave for 30 seconds to a minute until runny.

  4. Combine the melted chocolate and biscoff and mix thoroughly.

  5. Pour the mixture into a loaf tin lined with greased proof paper.

  6. Place somewhere cool for 6 hours until set.

  7. Remove from loaf tin and peel off the paper.

  8. Slice into cubes.

  9. Pop into jars for storage.
