Break the chocolate up into chunks and place it in a microwave proof bowl.
Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes, pausing every 30 seconds to stir.
Place the biscoff in a microwave proof bowl and microwave for 30 seconds to a minute until runny.
Combine the melted chocolate and biscoff and mix thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into a loaf tin lined with greased proof paper.
Place somewhere cool for 6 hours until set.
Remove from loaf tin and peel off the paper.
Slice into cubes.
Pop into jars for storage.
