Roasted Honey Miso Garlic Bowl
  1. Cut your tofu into cubes. Add sriracha and soy sauce, toss.

  2. Air-fry for 20-30 minutes, until golden brown and a bit crispy on the edges.

  3. Chop your broccoli into florets, season with salt, olive oil, garlic powder and pepper. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

  4. Chop up red onion, avocado, cabbage.

  5. Make your dressing: add minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey or maple syrup, whit miso paste and water to a jar. Shake or stir until combined.

  6. Assemble your bowls with hummus at the bottom.
